zeDeal and its affiliates are committed to making our Marketplaces the best place to sell your stuff, find new stuff and connect with local info. We are also committed to making sure that all zeDealers can us the site safely and enjoyably. That's why we're so serious about the posting policies. Any listing on zeDeal or its affiliates must comply with applicable laws, policies and regulations. Users may not post ads for merchandise or services that are illegal where they live.
If you see any suspicious or questionable content on the site, please use our 'report fraud or abuse' links to inform us about any problems. We may take technical and legal steps to remove the content and/or keep offending users off the zeDeal network.
Keep the following in mind when listing your ads
- Take responsibility. Its your ad and therefore, you are personally responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to items or services that you list, buy or sell on zeDeal.
- Use tact. Ads that contain any text that violates the spirit of zeDeal and its affiliates, or could disturb or offend our users, may be rejected.
- Avoid clutter and duplication. It is prohibited to post a duplicate or similar ad for the same item or service. Choose only one category and city that is most relevant for the ad.
- Be genuine. It is prohibited to include keywords or descriptive terms in either the title or description text of the ad that are not directly relevant to the item or service being offered.
- Be appropriate. It is prohibited to post pornography, nudity, or other related material that is obscene or adult in nature.
- Be lawful. It is prohibited to infringe the rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark (example: offering counterfeit items for sale).
- Be specific and relevant. It is prohibited to post ads that serve no other purpose than to send traffic to another web site. Ads must describe a specific item or service in order to be allowed on the site.
- Don't be a spammer. Use of content and/or functionality of zeDeal to send unsolicited emails, or make unsolicited contact of any kind with its users is strictly prohibited.
- Be accurate. We reserve the right to recategorize any ads posted on zeDeal.
- Be flexible. Rules may change periodically to reflect zeDeal's ongoing commitment to providing the best user experience possible.
- Be aware that you can't post your CV. The job section of Bayt Classifieds is dedicated for job ads only; all CVs will be removed.
